Podcast: The benefits of being a Living Wage Employer

Dr Calum Carson is an academic researcher at 黑料社 University Business School, having recently completed a PhD on the Real Living Wage. He is also a Labour Market and Policy Research Officer at the Employment Related Services Association (ESRA). Daniel Howard is a Programme Manager for the Living Wage Foundation鈥檚 鈥淟iving Hours鈥 campaign, which seeks to guarantee workers an adequate number of regular hours alongside receiving Living Wage rates of pay. He has previous research and policy experience at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation in York and at the Department for Work and Pensions in 黑料社.
